Make sure the Aten USB to Serial converter is connected to one of the USB ports of your computer. In case a driver is already installed, you should uninstall the current driver first. This driver should only be used on 64-bit versions of Microsoft Windows Vista, Windows 7, 8, 8.1 or 10. If the Bridgemate Pro server uses a direct serial connection port or a USB-serial converter of another brand, do not use this driver.
ATEN USB TO SERIAL ADAPTER DRIVER WINDOWS 10 INSTALL
Only install this driver when you connect the Bridgemate Pro server to a USB port using the “Aten USB-to-serialserial converter” which is supplied with the Bridgemate Pro server. It is possible that some Windows 10 64-bit computers will need the later driver v3.4.62.295. Our testing indicates that driver version 3.3.7.131 (early versions were 3.1.0.0) works on most Windows 10 PC's.

This article describes the procedure for downloading and installing version 3.3.3.131 (or 3.4.62.295) of the Bridgemate Pro server USB-serial converter for 64-bit versions of Windows Vista, Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and 10.
